Yacht Operations Specialist

Manage day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-ready yachts through tight coordination with captains, crew, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate turnarounds, maintenance windows, and daily schedules.
• Oversee crew logistics and rotations; support onboarding and certifications tracking.
• Handle port clearances, permits, and compliance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.
• Monitor operational budgets, invoices, and vendor performance.
• Track defects, organize yard works, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate provisioning, inventory control, and spares.
• Support emergency response and incident reporting processes.

Skills/Requirements

• 3+ years in yacht or maritime operations.
• Solid knowledge of safety and compliance practices; familiarity with ISM/ISPS/MLC is a plus.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and fleet/maintenance software.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability for seasonal peaks and occasional after-hours support.
