Advise clients and curate unforgettable charter experiences, from first enquiry and itinerary design to contracts, payments, and post-charter follow-up.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify clients; understand needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Create itineraries and proposals; prepare quotes and MYBA contracts.
- Coordinate with central agents, captains, and suppliers to secure the best options.
- Manage CRM pipeline, documentation, and payment milestones.
- Attend yacht shows/open houses; maintain market and fleet knowledge.
- Ensure exceptional client communications before, during, and after charters.
Skills/Requirements
- 2–5 years in luxury sales, travel, or yacht brokerage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with MYBA terms, charter contracts, and industry tools/CRMs.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset with impeccable service standards.
