Advise clients and curate unforgettable charter experiences, from first enquiry and itinerary design to contracts, payments, and post-charter follow-up.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify clients; understand needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Create itineraries and proposals; prepare quotes and MYBA contracts.
  • Coordinate with central agents, captains, and suppliers to secure the best options.
  • Manage CRM pipeline, documentation, and payment milestones.
  • Attend yacht shows/open houses; maintain market and fleet knowledge.
  • Ensure exceptional client communications before, during, and after charters.

Skills/Requirements

  • 2–5 years in luxury sales, travel, or yacht brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with MYBA terms, charter contracts, and industry tools/CRMs.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Sales-driven mindset with impeccable service standards.
