Lead the culinary experience on board with creative menus, precise execution, and impeccable hygiene and provisioning standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design seasonal menus and tailor dishes to guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Provision efficiently; manage galley inventory, storage, and cost control.
- Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance at sea and in port.
- Deliver consistent plating and quality under dynamic conditions.
- Collaborate with Captain and interior team to time service seamlessly.
- Maintain pristine galley hygiene and equipment maintenance schedules.
Skills/Requirements
- 4+ years as Chef in luxury hospitality; yacht experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of provisioning in the Mediterranean.
- HACCP certification and excellent organization skills.
- Creative, guest-focused, and calm under pressure.
- STCW/ENG1 advantageous.
