Lead the culinary experience on board with creative menus, precise execution, and impeccable hygiene and provisioning standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal menus and tailor dishes to guest preferences and dietary needs.
  • Provision efficiently; manage galley inventory, storage, and cost control.
  • Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance at sea and in port.
  • Deliver consistent plating and quality under dynamic conditions.
  • Collaborate with Captain and interior team to time service seamlessly.
  • Maintain pristine galley hygiene and equipment maintenance schedules.

Skills/Requirements

  • 4+ years as Chef in luxury hospitality; yacht experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of provisioning in the Mediterranean.
  • HACCP certification and excellent organization skills.
  • Creative, guest-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • STCW/ENG1 advantageous.
