Support daily yacht operations including exterior maintenance, line handling, guest assistance, and safety procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform washdowns, detailing, painting/varnish, and routine maintenance.
- Handle mooring lines, anchoring, fendering, and watchkeeping.
- Operate tenders and watersports equipment (where licensed/qualified).
- Assist guests with embarkation, excursions, and activities.
- Participate in drills; uphold safety and environmental practices.
Skills/Requirements
- STCW and ENG1 (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Powerboat Level 2 / tender license preferred.
- Hands-on, proactive, and physically fit with attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication and service mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours in season.
